For 20+ employees, we do not require individual employee application forms.  With life cover up to US$2m you'll provide financial security for an employee's family, should they die from injury or illness. For 6 -19 employees we offer automatic cover levels.  Accident benefit enhances life cover further, where injury or death is caused by an accident. Up to US$500k limits are available.
